Hope for our planet
Hope for nature

I am happy to say I am a nature nerd!
So much about our wonderful outdoors
fascinates me! The beauty, the sights,
the sounds, the smells. All of it absolutely rocks my world and makes me over-the-moon happy!
I have truly come to realize what
an intense connection we have to nature and
the role it plays in our emotional, spiritual,
and physical health. Simply put, it is amazing!

Because nature holds such a special place in
my heart, it has been very hard to see the
damage that our environment and climate have endured for many years. Simply heartbreaking.

HOWEVER ...
I do not believe it is all gloom and doom for our environment and climate change!
Do you know why?
Because it is totally amazing all that is
being done to repair the damage and improve the future!!! It has completely blown
my mind how many, many, many people
and organizations there are doing everything
they can to make things better!
Those behind the scenes, those on the front lines, thousands upon thousands across the world
are doing awesome things each and every
single day. They are the defenders of nature
and the environment and doing their best
to make a better future for our kids,
grandkids, great grandkids, and all the generations to come!
So I would love to tell you a little about some of the wonderful positive work
that is being done for our
environment and climate change ...

Is it all big things that are being done? Sometimes it is, but it is also often
quite small. It is so wonderfully sweet
that it is even the little things that
make a big difference.
May you always be encouraged by the efforts of the many people who are making sure
we are creating a beautiful world
for our kids and grandkids!

“When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say
to me, ‘Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.’ To this day, especially in times of ‘disaster,’ I remember my mother’s words, and I am always comforted by realizing that there are still
so many helpers — so many caring people
in this world.”
